1. ☞PRICES:
   The prices indicated on this web site are per person (except for the Private tours where prices are per party) in Euros and include all taxes as well as transportation by minibus departing from Paris (zip code 75), admissions for the visits and meals when indicated. Tips, gratuities, luggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the tours’ description are not included. Additional charges may apply if your accommodation is outside of Paris.

2. The exchange rate used here is based on Paris-tours-service.com rates and may not reflect those of your credit card provider. The currency converter is meant only as an information tool for our clients or visitors as they surf on our web site and is based on the latest information available and should not be relied upon any other purposes. The currency that you will select will be displayed until the step 3 of the reservation procedure, then the final payment will always be charged in Euros.


3. ☞BOOKING in 3 easy steps:
   1/ Select your tour, number of person(s) and the date you wish to make the excursion(s). You will be redirected to the shopping cart Page.


4. 2/ On the shopping cart, you can continue shopping or order.


5. 3/ If you choose to order and validate your booking(s), you will be asked to open an account with a password and enter basic information such : name, telephone, e-mail address and payment information in the Check-out form. Please note that your credit card will be charged only after that all your reservation(s) will be confirmed. After booking, you will receive a voucher by e-mail or fax containing all the details of your tour(s).


6. ☞AFTER BOOKING:
   Voucher issue: after payment, we will send a confirmation/voucher by e-mail. Please print the voucher, it contains all the details of your tour(s) and our local phone number in case you would like to contact us here in Paris. Give this voucher to the driver/guide on the day of the excursion, it is your proof of payment.


7. ☞PAYMENT:
   All tours or transfers must be prepaid. We accept the following bank cards : Visa , Mastercard and American Express. Charges will be listed as Paris-tours-serv 75 Paris on your statement.


8. ☞CHANGE or CANCELLATION POLICY:
   Changes or cancellations of booking are possible and must be made by e-mail at booking@paris-tours-service.com or by fax at the following number + 33 1 40 31 90 17 from overseas or if you are in France at : 01 40 31 90 17.


9. ☞CANCELLATION FEES:
   
10. -Cancellation more than 7 days before the excursion : there is a 5% cancellation fee
    
11. -Cancellation between 7 and 4 days before the excursion : there is a 20% cancellation fee.
    
12. -Cancellation less than 4 days before the excursion : there will be no refund.

    Paris-tours-service.com may not be held responsible for any accident, delay, disruption, strike, exceptional weather conditions or loss of personal belonging. We reserve the right to change or cancel tours when this is necessary for the safety and the comfort of the passengers. Excursion departure times and durations are approximate and may vary according to the traffic. The meeting time shown on the reservation may vary by +/- 15 minutes. We apologize for departures or returns that could be delayed due to traffic problems. The duration of the excursions indicated on the website includes the time it takes to pick-up all the guests. All tour programs, routes, menus, restaurants or others suppliers mentioned on the information are subject to change without prior notice. There will be no refund or money-back-guarantee when a tour was altered due to any reason at any time or cancelled by force major or other events not engaging our responsibility. We exceptionally reserve the right to call on other agencies or subcontractors who propose the same or similar services. These general Terms & Conditions, your use of this website and any dispute regarding their interpretation and/or execution is subject to French laws and referred to the Paris court of justice.
